(B) Informal training: - Informal trainings are held on 7/14/21 days in the concerned Upazila office by determining the trade on the basis of local demand. (B) Family based loan: 1 group is formed with 5 working members from the same family / relatives in the same area and 1 center is formed with 8 to 10 groups. At the end of the training, each member of the center is given a loan of Rs. 12,000 / - in the first phase, Rs. 16,000 / = in the second phase and Rs. Original repayable in a total of 50 weeks in weekly installments from the 22nd day of borrowing. Loan service charge is 5% which is payable in last 2 installments after repayment of loan.

Youth Organization Registration: Registration is provided by the Department of Youth Development to enable private voluntary youth organizations to participate more actively in the development activities of the country. 5. Awarding of National Youth Award: The National Youth Award is given to those who have been successful in self-employment with training from the Department of Youth Development and have been able to set an example by being successful as organizers of registered youth organizations.
